Sometimes, we find that some pre-registered KancCruise drivers are unable to attend the in-person event, and thus, were unable to pick up their goody bag. In years past we have not had a great way of arranging pickup of these unclaimed goody bags. We have recently added new functionality of our website to allow these drivers to purchase a shipping option and have their bag from past cruises shipped to them.
Purchasing the shipping option will only be available AFTER each event. In the weeks following each KancCruise, we will manually flag each user account that has an unclaimed goody bag, which will allow that user to see this option in the “Shop” portion of the website. The shipping option can only be purchased using the same account as the original order, and you will need to enter your original order number into the form when purchasing. We will then manually verify each order for authenticity and availability, then package your goody bag for shipping. We will then batch-ship these orders on a weekly basis.
Unclaimed goody bags will only be held for one year from the event date. After 1 year, we will dispose of or recycle the unclaimed goody bag in a manner deemed appropriate by NE Motorsport, INC.
Special notice regarding unclaimed goody bags from 2024 and older… Over the 10+ years we have been organizing this event, we have made our best effort to retain as many of these goody bags as possible in hopes of getting them to their respective drivers. Being that we are a volunteer-run organization with no company-owned office or storage space, we have been storing these items in our own homes for this whole time. As you might imagine, there are occasionally situations that arise which may cause a bag to get lost or damaged (ie. lost while moving, flood damage, etc). We have inventoried all of the bags we have on-hand and manually flagged each user account to allow access to the shipping option for those specific goody bags. We will hold these past goody bags until 12/31/2025 to allow registrants a fair amount of time to claim their old goody bags.
